Quality and Development

Based on our belief that Your Trust in Us which is the Secret of Our Success, we are fully aware that we have not achieved this trust and will not be able to maintain it if we not constantly persevere towards quality and development.
Therefore and in support of achieving this, we have established a quality management and development department and it includes:

- Quality Department :

This department is responsible for quality control, whether by conducting laboratory tests or through periodical quality control check-points.
The laboratory has been equipped with the required tools and technology where the officials of quality control carry out specified tests to ensure the product's compliance with the approved standard specifications.
The work of the quality control entail monitoring the product through all it’s production stages starting with the raw salt, and then passing through all the different check-points and, finally, ending at the final product stage. The check-points not only check the product but also check the different ingredients used within it as well as the different tools used in its production.

- Research and Development Department:

This department conducts periodical research studies aiming at continuous improvement and comprises the following:
1 – Production Development: incorporates constant studies on the development of both production quality and quantity by conducting targeted research and statistical studies along with periodical follow-up of global developments.
2 - Development of Production Machinery: achieved through the on-going follow-up of global developments and working on incorporating and applying them continuously.
3 - Product Development: performed by conducting periodical research studies on the global advancement of products along with research studies conducted on the requirements of the market in order to work on introducing new products which meet the changing market demands.
